Custom quote system

I'm attaching a rough outline of what I need done. Please let me know if there is a better way that you want to do it or if you have any questions. The most important part of this project is at least 6 months support after the project is delivered. We hopefully won't have any problems develop but just in case... I'm thinking that 1/2 paid upon delivery of finished product and 1/2 paid 6 months after the finished product is accepted would be fair but am willing to negotiate. We are replacing our current system of having someone make an “educated guess?? as we want to be able to do these quotes quickly and have the same results each time. Due to the nature of this please plan for several major changes to the formula. I would like to see client apps with the database residing on our server for up to 15 users. It is very important that the Description on the main page display what still needs to be done to figure a price in real time (user makes a change and the status changes immedietly -- no clicking submint or anything like that) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
