Current Mapping Project

Hi we are looking for a small app to allow us to map water currents. Position, heading, course and speed over ground, and speed through water. are whats needed and we can provide you with information on how to decode this and also logged data. The currents are lined to the tidal constant we use wxtide (google it) for this What we need as an interface A slider to "predict" the currents upto + 24 hours Zoom in / Zoom out tool and a basic land map Background charts (can provide details of the SDK) The currents for each point stored in an encrypted text file. Ability to export to ascii with a password Simple menus (nothing complex) The data needs to be stored in a sub folder called databank upon launching the program would search the folder for all data files and display them onscreen. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
