Create 2 Landing pages like this - Possibly Long Term

This is a VERY simple job, so no over priced bids please. We are looking for someone that can create landing pages similar to what you see in these two examples. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Right now we have a guy out of Romania that creates them for us, but he is #1 to slow and #2 to expensive so we are looking for someone that can replace him. You must be able to incorporate the landing page and blog together just as he does (Which is super simple if you know what you are doing) His graphics are amazing, I will give him that so you must be able to provide just as high of a quality with your graphics, no child play here. You must be available long term and be able to do 3-4 a week. We will provide you with all of the text for the pages and the code to use for the email forms.
