CRE loaded store layout and checkout problems ***Spanish language required***

Spanish programmer is a must !!! El programador debe hablar espanol !!! I have a store in spanish / english, and I am having trouble with the signing on feature, as well as the checkout process. It is a CRE Loaded web store with some customizations. I need to make sure all of the functions work on both languages flawlesly, and also buying without login in and improve the ease of use.
