betting script

We need a sports betting script that provides: 1- An easy-to-use admin panel: We should be able to enter games and scores by hand and also we should be able to add new sports types once required (boxing,formula1,tennis etc..) 2- Betting options will be like 1, 0, 2, higher than 2.5, lower than 2.5 3- Localization via txt files: We should be able to add new langauges to the script via editing the txt files. Script should automaticly (or semi-automaticly) accept the new langauge once the new file ([login to view URL] e.g.) is put under the langeuge folder. 4- An option to put a limit to minimum bet numbers: We should be able to force users to place the required number of bets to a single coupon in order to "accept" that coupon. Options will be like this= Disabled - Enabled (min2) - Enabled (min3) - Enabled (min4). Also certain usergroups (that's the VIP system) should be ignored. 5- Add credits to users via admin panel: We should be able to add credits to user via admin panel. Also the script should be coded compatible to a future online POS system. Also Neteller and Moneybookers too. Future expansions will also be coded by you if you accept. (with payment of course) 6- We should be able to add credits to every single user with one function via admin panel. Something like mass-add 7- The entire script must be written with PHP & MySQL and must be fully open-source. 8- If you already have a betting script, thats fine too. Provide us a demo site to test the script. 9- The script must be safe. It should block users who entered their passwords wrong too many times and mustn't be manipulated with address-bar commands 10- Admin panel should have a finance section to track the systems profits by day/week/month/year and should be able to extract them as txt files. 11- A backup functionality is a must. The script should backup the MySQL database twice a day the script itself once a week and send those backups to another host via ftp, automaticly. The exported backup files must have timelabels as filenames. ([login to view URL] e.g) 13- Admin panel should have a functionality to list all the transactions of a user.
