C# Expert Needed

We have a client server application written in C#. The program is primarily an email client. We have a few modifications that need to be made to the client application: Integrate spell check with “NetSpell?? which is free ([login to view URL]) Users must be able to create folders for keeping their mail in the email section. Users must be able to add a signature to their emails. Logo should show on the login screen. All program icons should be changed to the logo. On the SERVER portion of the application we need the following: 1. Admin software must be password protected. The only people that can login to manage the admin portion are those that are admin users. If no admin users exist than all users are able to access the admin section until someone is designated to be the admin. 2. The admin tool must be able to see who is logged in and for how long they have been logged in with the ability to close/block their connection. 3. The admin tool needs to be able to be minimized to the task bar. For a competent programmer, this should be a rather quick set of tasks. For the right coder there will be a lot of ongoing work with this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform C#/Oracle 10g
