Developing a Video Upload Script

I require a script which enables me to upload a video which then gets distributed to the following video portals of which some are German language sites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The script should run on my server. It should have an online interface to be used with a browser. The following functionality of script and user interface is required: 1) Some kind of set up area where the login data for the listed video portals can be inserted. The data typed in should be saved in a MySQL database. Please note: User registration at the video portals is done separately manually. After having set up the user accounts and after having confirmed the registration email the access data are then put in manually in the login data area. 2) Set up of an area where the data of each video can be inserted and edited. The data presently required are: title, description, tags, and category. 3) An upload capability, allowing me to select a video file on the harddisk of my computer and upload it onto the server. 4) After a video has been uploaded and all descriptive data have been added the script should submit the video to the above listed video portals. I have no idea about the technology involved in this, I assume that the portals provide API's for uploads but you certainly know better. 5) A great bonus would be to have some kind of statistics showing views per video within a span of time to be selected. 6) Another great addition would be the possibility to import the videos of a given YouTube channel and distribute these to the above listed video portals. I am planning to use this script at the beginning only myself. But once the functionality of the system has been established the script should be offered as a server based service to customers. Therefore the system has to be setup in a way which allows the administration of customers and all which the things involved with this like access protection, data storage, user data like name, bank, setting the number of uploads per customer, selecting to which video portals to post to, etc. I think you get the idea. At some later date it could also be attempted to automate the registration at the video portals and thereby eliminating the necessity to manually register with the portals. Also at a later date additional video portals should be integrated in the system. Should the script develop in a system which use and access can be offered to customers additional development work and continuous technical administration will be required. This also includes the integration of additional video portals. Please state the experience you have with developing this kind of scripts and user interface.
