Hi, I have recently created a website: [login to view URL] and I would like assistance on a particular aspect of the website. The whole idea of my website is to allow users to upload files and/or descriptions, and those files and/or descriptions can be viewed and searched by other users on the site, also they can comment and like/dislike them. The bases of the website works on a reward system, users gain access to the website by uploading files or leaving comments on other's (view the website and read the "How it Works" paragraph to get a better understanding). Right now I have a very insufficient version of this, I would like to hire someone that can code in HTML and make something that will allow this to happen with a good user interface. If this goes well I have other ideas about my website. Thank you, Justin
