Custom Live video streaming on website

Ultimately what I'm looking for is a small live video streaming script I can plug into my website myself (I have some php knowledge) and allow the visitors to view the live stream I'm sending. so info on what I'd need for this.. only allow certain users (admins) to go on cam, if the viewer on the page could start a live broadcast, I would send a variable to the flash / java program via an xml file or via javascript / jquery /json param on the page audio on the video volume control, with a mute button. allow the admin (person streaming the live feed) to be able to record the live stream to save it on the server (in a directory retrieved from a variable from the settings xml / javascript / json) and after it saves, send a php $_POST request to a file with the url to the newly saved recording the ability to view the recorded live session at a later date ability to customize the players colors via an xml file o html5 be able to put my watermark on the video's player via and xml /json /html5 file save a thumbnail (maybe more than 1?) from the video after its saved to show a preview image of the video the ability to add my advertisements to the video player (optional, not required). I do not need a chatroom for the live streaming or anything, I'll have a jquery chat going next to it that you would not have to create. I just need the live video streaming, ability to record our stream, not allowing visitors to record it, only the admin with the options I said above.. while still allowing the visitors to see the cam if someone if "live" are you able to create this? I'd need to see an example of it working, and how to use it.. nothing fancy, just one page that shows how to use it. If you're able to create it can you give me a round about price and maybe an example of something you have done?? if you need more details let me know.
