Create Simple Software Program or Macro or Ubot

We require a simple software or ubot program that can do the following. 1. user navigates to [login to view URL] 2. user searches 3. user selects extract data and software should get business name, phone # and website address 4. software should allow user to store up to 500 businesses 5. software should remove duplicates 6. software should open browser and navigate to the website contact us form 7. software should fill out contact form using pre-written message 8. software should submit the message 9. software should open next url and repeat notes: software should allow delay between 5 and 60 seconds between forms software should be packaged as an .exe that can be redistributed and should have security to protect against unauthorized use.
