Convert a web site (uses MS Access db, perl scripts) into Drupal 6 site.

I had created a site on Windows host that was relying on MS Access database and perl scripts to work. Then, it was transferred to Linux-based host and the functionality stopped working. I am looking to transfer the site into Drupal 6 on Linux-based host and need a programmer who can make it work.
