Hi There, I need a very complex Wordpress plugin / customization. I will provide a CSS coded design, but wordpress needs to be skinned and the plugin / functionality needs to be created. I have attached a document (along with screenshots of the design), please let me know if you have any questions. Also, I've put in a max bid of $1000, but that is only because I'm not totally sure of the cost, if you feel that the project budget is not enough, please let me know your bid and I will discuss with you!
