Complex Prestashop Theme and Script Ugrade to new Version

Hi we just installed the latest version of prestashop, but could not get our theme to work on the latest version of prestashop. We would like to keep the same theme design [login to view URL] but make it work in the new prestashop which we have already installed. Your bid would also including make sure a custom module is working and that our old database and script are working The last person that worked on this really messed it up. This job is for a Prestshop Expert that is also excellent at PHP. thanks. the custom module is a modification of the manufacturers module to make it only post the manufacturers in a specific category. The script is an Amazon api script, both need to work with new version. the last person messed up my original install which was in /presta folder. We are looking for a bid for this, and if you do a good job there will be hourly work if your price is right. thanks
