Completing shipping module of existing custom built script

SHORT SECRIPTION Our custom built production app (PHP/MySQL) needs to be extended with a shipping module. Part of the module has been written, but has not been completed. We need to have this module completed. LONG DESCRIPTION We have worked with an excellent programmer who created several scripts for our webshop backend and our production process, including a complete production app in PHP (we make customized products for our customers). Due to unforeseen personal circumstances, the programmer is not available for some time, and he suggested to look for another programmer who can finish the job. A shipping module needs to be added to our production app. Part of the module has been written, but has not been completed. This is what the shipping module needs to do (in short): - use the API of our shipper (available in English) - collect information from both the production app and the planning app to send orders to the shipper - create labels that will be printed on a Dymo LabelWriter - change the status of production jobs to 'completed' WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a programmer who: - can read the work from another programmer and is able to understand that way of coding - is a master in PHP/MYSQL - is able to understand requests and to translate these into quality code - has an excellent knowledge of the English language - communicates well, on a frequent basis - actually has read this description, please mention 'shipping module' in your reply MORE INFORMATION If you require more information before you can post a quote, please contact me and I'd be happy to provide specific info.
