Camp Reservation Management Application

- Camp room reservation management application - 1000+ beds (each bed to be considered a room) - Room Nos. should be 5 character (alpha numeric) - Rooms types need to be defined (Char length 50 will do) - Just reservation management - All inhabitants get full board free so no billing required - Customer Database includes - Customer Name, Company, Address (including Country) - Maintenance module to keep track of maintenance requirements in rooms - open and close jobs when done - Maintenance Module - Work Allocation to individuals to be provided - On screen reports for occupancy (current and future) (See screen shot for reference) - Reports - (1) Daily Checkin and Checkout, (2) Occupancy at future date(s), Maintenance Jobs today, Open Maintenance Jobs Check [login to view URL] (I used this free software and it answers to almost all my requirements but it does not provide reports that I need) You can take reference from this software and make what I need. I dont need billing module at all Applications to be used to develop: Open Source Please (if possible) or MS Access / something else can also be considered
