There are other APIs which should be integrated with the system. your additional work is to import your customer database to the new system. However, we ned to discuss with you to get a clear view and understanding on the business logic of the s/w. we will go with the following phases: • Requirement Development ( User requirement, Software requirement Specification ) • Design (Architectural Design ( HLD) and Low Level/Detailed Design ( LLD) • Code & Unit Test • Integration Test • System test Though our bid amount is quite at higher range in comparison with the other bidders but its done with confidence that we understand the volume of the project and the experience required of the resources involved with. we have many experience to work for high volume projects.
