Browser automation

I need an engineer who can write the software to access the site with automation.

The target site is unable to access due to heavy traffic.

So I wrote the IE automation code, but it doesn't work...

If I reload the page manually, sometimes I success.

Is there anybody who has skill to access the heavy traffic site?

4.Click the Yellow button(Currently, the yellow button is disabled. this button will be enabled at 10:00AM)
5.After click the button which will be described at step 4, the authtification page will be displayed, then put userid and password which will be specified later.
6.Click the login button.
7.Select the buy button(This button is in Japanese)

That's all.
The URL I specified is just for example.

The problem is the site above is very crowed at 10:00 AM in saturday so the navigation is not easy.
