Basic PHP Client and Orders List Application

I need a simple php application created that does the following connect to a mysql database allow admins to view/add/edit/delete clients allow admins to view/add/edit/delete admins allow admins to view/add/edit/delete orders allow clients to login and see only their orders (read only) allow admins to login and view/edit data table: tblclients entryid(autonumber) clientid (number - linking key to orders - we will enter the id when adding a record) clientname acctnumber (textandnumbers) username password status (active/inactive - if inactive disable login) table: tbladmins entryid (autonumber) adminid (numeric) lastname firstname username password table: tblorders (just a 1 line entry for each order) entryid (auto number) orderid (numeric) clientid (numeric - linking key to clients) invoiceno (numeric field) orderdate (date field - use a popup date selector) items (just a number field) amount (currency) status (dropdown for pending, paid, cancelled) table:tblstatus (used to set status dropdown) statusid (autonumber) status Functions Allow Admin to view a list of clients Allow Admin to add edit delete a client Allow Admin to view a list of orders - all clients Allow Admin to add edit delete an order When viewing a client record - Allow admin to view a list of client orders (that client only - clientid is linking key) When viewing a client record - Allow admin to add- edit - delete a new client order Allow admin to view a list of admin records Allow admin to view - add- edit delete a new admin record Allow Adimin to list/view/edit/add items to status table 9used for status dropdown in tblorders) When a client signs in - allow client to see only their own orders allow client to view/edit an order allow client to add a new order no deletes This is basically a list/view/add database without complicated features I will use this to build upon myself, and will post additional mini-projects for the developer as I add features To keep the costs low, I do not need the developer to spend a lot of time formatting the template screens - i can do that I just need the tabs to show the data in tables, and when icon is clicked - go to edit form - you can leave all else, we will remove and format items on he template as needed The template i wish to use is here [login to view URL] I purchased the template and I will provide the template to you I will use the forms, tables, styling included in the template i will also assist you by helping any way possible I have a hosting acct with php5x running and can create the mySQL database and tables as needed
