Add Multiple Ship Address to Zen Cart - repost

I am slowly developing my online shop using Zen Cart. I need to develop a mod to ZC that will allow a customer to send each item in their shopping cart to different addresses, the same address, or pickup. The multiple addresses need to be optionally added and/or selected from the customers address book. This should also print out on the customer's order form in order history and in their e-mail.
