Blog Setup & Video Integration

I have a project that has two major components. I want them both implemented and fully working as soon as possible, so the provider must be available to start immediately. 1st Segment: I have a blog system set up on my server but I need 14 blogs setup and configured with the RSS to email solution provided by Yutter.com. The blogs will be such that when they are updated weekly they will automatically send out an email newsletter to all that have signed up using the [login to view URL] solution. Although there are 14 blogs that need to be setup they can all be created from the same template, only the header graphic and some links will be slightly different. 2nd Segment: Integrate VideoEgg Publisher into my website. I want to give my visitors the ability to upload video clips to my website and I want to use the VideoEgg publisher as my solution. My website covers several different sports, soccer, football, basketball....etc. I want a visitor to be able to upload a video clip and have it displayed in a specific sport category. So if the visitor is on the "boys soccer page" and they go to upload a video clip it will automatically be added to a page that displays links to previously uploaded boys soccer videos. From what I'm reading of the application it looks like I will need separate installations of the VideoEgg publisher for each sport I cover. I want all of this to be as integrated as possible, so additional particulars will be provided.
