An ASP scrollable form with 20 sec timer and an Asp image upload resizer, renamer

This form will requests data from a database and presents it a table and gives user 20 seconds to click submit and continue an represent another set of data in the form. The form would be included on a table on an asp page. In addition I need another function or set that will take an uploaded image, crop it (reduce size to less than 20 kb ) and changes the file name prior to save it on a database.
