I need an experienced programmer who can take my photoshop file and make it a functioning website that is very similar to [url removed, login to view]
I have done research on the features I need and have found the following templates and scripts that will work- so this should be fairly easy for experienced programmers.
specifics required
• full page site- so the background completely fits the screen so there are no scrollbars
• header and footer locked at the top and bottom of the page as the content needs to float thru horizontally
• horizontal scroll should be seamless- no flickers or jumping
• must be cross browser compatible

• a flash handwriting effect of the logo will need to be added to the home page--- I will provide it but background will need to be removed
• the portfolio needs to be added—currently the various categories are on different pages with thumbnails of each that go to a poloroid sort of gallery flash file... this file can be added to the new site, but am open to suggestions if you have any thoughts that would have. also, I would like to be able to add new items to the portfolio myself
• add a pop up on each page with a small photo---- something very basic popping up and down hiding behind the footer
• content also needs help if you can provide
