custom aWeber opt-in form

I have a graphic that I need turned into an aweber opt-in form. I will provide the graphic and webpage, and you will add the name and email fields, and the submit button (here is a space already in the graphic for them). I will provide the aweber html code too of course. ## Deliverables This is a pretty basic job, for someone who knows how to do it, and who has experience with aweber and its web forms. ? If you don't know aweber, then this is probably not the job for you. If you need clarification on anything, please let me know. Once we start working, I will give you my skype, so you can always get ahold of me if you have a question.
