I need a web site to 'play' comedy' sceens sort of like a weekly newspaper.
there will be typically 2 pics.... could be actual pics or hand drawings of cartoon characters.....
there will be baloons with different 'frames'
e.g.? in a set up, i will choose the cartoon characters and the number of pic's to be shown on the page, then i will pick content by tying it in a set up page and then maybe there could be a 'text to speech' engine play the words...
so if you have some ideas, just show me some work you have done....
