AS2 / Flash Video Player Modification

I bought a fairly simple flash video player online. It automatically starts buffering the video on page load. This is bad when there are multiple players on the same page. I would like the buffering functionality isolated into a separate function which can then be triggered by and event such as clicking play, or moving the mouse over the video. I've looked at the code, and there is basically 1 very large function which loads everything, and if the network stream is missing then things break. The flash player is written in AS2 and from what I can tell, the code seems pretty clean/clear. It shouldn't take a skilled programmer more than an hour or two to accomplish this. ## Deliverables I've removed some duplicate/unnecessary files to help prevent confusion. The file needing modification is cwplayer.swf. All the actionscript is located in that file. ## Platform Flash file, platform agnostic.
