Customer Accounts Script for swimming pool industry

I am looking to have someone design a script that can be installed and implemented into anyone's website. This script will be highly customized to meet the needs of swimming pool service providers, allowing their customers to log-in to a personalized password protected account. Customers will be able to see the following:

1. Create/Edit/Delete Users

2. Lost Password Feature for customers

3. Current and past bills (payment link to PayPal)

4. The latest supplies used at their home

5. Repair work completed/in-progress/requested

6. Account History Overview

7. Recent swimming pool chemistry (ability to add/delete custom fields)

8. Day of the week their service is currently performed

9. News/Special Offer Feeds from admin

10. Ability for customers to download files uploaded to customer accounts.

11. Local weather feed from external source (user zip code defined)

12. Plus other possible features.... Still Thinking....

13. Customer email contact form

Administration Panel:

1. Admin User Set-up/Delete

2. Easy to use interface for account updating including the ability to upload/update/delete the options mentioned above.

3. Ability for admins to upload files to customer accounts

## Deliverables

This is just a personal message to all the programmers out there bidding on this project. This project is not only for my own personal business but hopefully a marketable product for other swimming pool service companies out there. Following the completion of version 1.0, future work may be arranged for updates, customer support, technical support, installations, etc.
