Custom Template for Wordpress Blogs

I need someone to do the following tasks. 1 - Install 18 Wordpress blogs (under the same domain) each with the correct language pack. -French, German, Italian, Spanish, Czech, Danish, Finnish, Greek, Hebrew, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Polish, Portuguese, Turkish, Chinese. (English is already installed) 2. Customize a Wordpress template to make it fit with the rest of my site. 3. Make a list of the template files that were modified so I can find my way when I want to modify it later.
