Custom Blog Website Creation

I need a custom blog website created. I am familiar with Wordpress so a Wordpress CMS is preferred for the website. The blog will need to utilize a content aggregator to pull in fresh content from the web for specific keywords with approval. In regards to design, I would like for the website to have a clean look and feel. I like the layout of [login to view URL] and how clean it looks. I would like for my website to have a royal blue background but the inside layout needs to have a white background. If you're looking at the Marie Claire website, everything inside the far right and left gray lines would have a white background while everything outside the far right and left gray lines would be royal blue. There needs to be space on the right side for standard size affiliate ads. I also want all social media widgets on the top right (on top of the affiliate ads) stating "Connect with ____" and the Facebook, Twitter, and email widgets to the right (like Marie Claire's website) The blogs also need to be formatted like Marie Claire's including all widgets at the bottom. Also, at the very top, I would like a solid black box that has the words "DIVORCE PARTY" in white stencil lettering font- all CAPS and bolded.
