Create Wordpress Plugin

We want a wordpress plugin that will allow our website to auto-generate posts from stored rss feeds at a frequency we set in the backend. We want a wordpress plugin created that will do the following: 1.) Allow us to store any number of rss feeds and associate each feed to a wordpress category 2.) Allow us to store a range for frequency of auto-posts (for example, 5-9 hours. This means that an auto-post will be generated every 5 - 9 hours at random) 3.) Auto-post a new post at random from any article of the rss feeds stored. Whichever rss feed is selected at random, auto-post should be posted under category associated with that rss feed 4.) Auto-SEO each post (meta title of page should be title of article, meta description should be first 160 words of article, meta keywords should be each word in title separated by commas, wordpress post excerpt should be first 160 words of article) Must be compatible with new Wordpress 3.0 release candidate ([login to view URL]) ## Deliverables Must be compatible with new Wordpress 3.0 release candidate ([login to view URL])
