Cookie Tracking

I have a web site that is in wordpress and would like to be able to track the cookies/ Keyword that the user user to get on thd site. I trying to replicate how this guy does it. [login to view URL] All I need you to do is. 1) put this code similar to what this guy recommends. * <?php $kw = $_GET['kw']; if ($kw == "") $kw = $_COOKIE['kw']; else setcookie(??kw??,$kw,time()+(60\*60\*24*30),??/??); ?>* 2) I will give you my affiliate ID and you will put this hop link *[login to view URL]<?php echo $kw; ?> 3) I will give a test url like [login to view URL] When someone goes to that page and clicks he hyperlink in number 2 it should leave the cookie 123 when it lands on the hyper link. I tried this but I can't get the cookie to work in wordpress.* Basically, I will give the FTP to mysite and Wordpress logins. The site is hosted at host gator on a linux server. I have 2 sites 1 is in wordpress and the other is programmed in PHP. I need you to help me make the cookie work, BOTH sites (in wordpress AND a basic PHP site) and to provide me instructions on how to do it myself.
