Convert C++ to VB.NET

We are developing an application to perform limited call control for our AVAYA telephone switch from a PC. We have purchased? an SDK from the supplier which is written in C++ but it is difficult to incorporate it into a VB.NET application.
I would like the functionality which is in the C++ code to be converted / rewritten into something that can easily be referenced in a VB.NET application. Preferably, this will be a .NET component or a DLL which will expose the methods and properties to the application in the normal way.
The software SDK? from the supplier includes various manuals in pdf format, 98 Hdr files (Suffix .h), 2 Library file (Suffix .lib) and software samples for the use of the code.
I have attached the relevant files for the purpose of sizing the project, but have not included the .lib files as this may breach my license agreement at this stage. The remaining files will be provided to the successful bidder.

The TSAPI AES3.1 programming [url removed, login to view] describes the functionality of the product, and Chapter 6 gives an idea of the commands that I wish to use.?
I have also had the following piece of advice from the supplier regarding this work which might be of use:
*"To avoid disappointment when you contract out this wrapper, please be careful. The wrapper is not trivial and has some real gotchas. You may consider creating objects you need and have them call the wrapped services that you need (and leave the rest alone) but that is you choice."*
## Deliverables
It would be preferable if the? deliverables are developed in? .NET? 2005 or above and capable of further customisation using the standard IDE.
Once terms have been agreed, I will supply the? C++ code in ZIP format.
