Convert Flash App to Javascript App

I created this flash app using vworker, but now we want to recreate it with Javascript with a few more user options involved. It will calculate the impact of recycling electronic devices. The first part of it will have input for number of computers, monitors, television, etc. that a person is planning on recycling. They will hit a button to calculate, and the next screen will show the calculation of carbon emissions preserved. I will share the flash app with the person who we choose to develop this. The part I want to add to this is the ability for the user to customize the color schemes and to edit the title line or upload an image.
