Change page in OS commerce template

Hi there I have a very basic change i require for the following site: [login to view URL] The site opens on the "specials page" I would like the site to open on a "Pre-order Page" Basically all I need done is to make the page called Pre-order" and then change the wording from the backend or at least have a button that says pre-order which will link directly to the "contact form" so customers can send their info to my client! I am not sure what will need to be changed in the back office admin for this, but its pretty basic, i also need to add a static Disclaimer and Terms of USE page...and that is it.. ## Deliverables I have other projects that require development, so possibly will need the expert to work on future projects almost immediately as I will require and experienced coder with online shopping carts, E-commerce etc.. I will supply all graphics required
