CSS for html and Blog Theme needed

I am seeking a webmaster who can customize build a theme that look much like this site. [login to view URL] Notice how it has the template of html pages and blog theme the same. The pages should be in css. Notice how the subheaders are in text so search engines can read it. I like how clean and elegant the site appears. - experience with graphics is a plus. - seo awareness is a plus. Please send me some sample sites you have made.
