BLOG iPhone App

I need an app that will load a specific blog upon opening the app.? This app should also include the ability for the user to comment on some of the posts of the blog as well.? The maintainer of the blog (ME) will need to have the ability to approve ALL comments before they actually post to the blog.? It would be nice if we could implement a web based blog into the app (ie, [login to view URL], google's blog, etc.), that way I can easily maintain this app through one of those sources. This app needs to be similar to the FML app on iTunes. So in short...I need an app that opens a blog, the ability for the users to add comments and read this blog from the app.? Thanks.
