Audio Capture from Website

I am looking for someone that can capture audio from an internet website that broadcasts a radio stream and deliver the audio in an .mp3 format.? I would like to capture about? 10 hours of audio.? I would like to have the audio broken down into? 5 files of approximately 2 hour segments.? It is also important that the files begin with a specific song and ends at a specific song and does not cut off a song in the middle.
