Add Photo Album to Bog

I need someone to get/install a plugin for my wordpress blog which will create a photo album. or create the photo album using something other than a plugin. You tell me my options. My blog page: [login to view URL] I want it to look and function like: [login to view URL] Where I'll be able to upload photos, name the photo (give title) and add a description as I upload the pictures. Must display within the body of the page I mentioned above in thumbnails and have the option to expand to a bigger picture. See the example link I provided above. People viewing the photo should also be able to add their comments. Again see example above.
