I currently have a working Access 2003 Database that I need some changes made to. This database is up to date, and currently in a "freeze" status so the changes can be made to this version and we can test without having to worry about un-syncronized database files... It's a very simple database that tracks product, date made, date out, and allows us to view all of our suppliers and distributors. Please see the information below for what functionality we want to add and bid appropriately. Looking forward to your response! I will provide a copy of the database when successfully bid, or if requested to price appropriately. Access 2003 Database. 1. On the Shipping Form - Add a spot to put invoice # and customer P.O. # - We need to find a way to input multiple products to one P.O# without having to re-input all the info over again, right now each time we put in a new product we have to re-input all the info: buyer, order date, etc. - Add a picked up (not shipped) option? 2. On the Production Form - When we add a new batch to the inventory we need to have a category for each of the ingredients used with an amount in pounds which we will enter and have it deduct that from ingredient inventory? eg. batch# 924890 vinegar 30 L dill seed 5 lbs etc. - Not sure if you want to put all the ingredients in a list and if we used a particular one we will enter the amount of product used if not we will leave it blank? Can we put lids and jars on that list too? 3. Inventory - Put some different parameters for inventory. Right now it tells us what we have of each item, which is cool, but we need to add per batch# as well so we no how much of each batch we have left. 4. Error checking - We need a way we can have a red flag come up say if we enter in shipping a batch # that doesn't exist can it tell us that it doesn't? ## Deliverables ccess 2003 Database. 1.
