I have a form that I created and I don't want to mess it up trying to configure it to be mailed to me. All I need is for you to properly configure it for me so that it will be emailed to me when filled out. That's it! I know it's very simple but I would rather have a programmer do it and know that's it right than do it myself. Upon receiving the right bid I will send URL where form is located so you can see it.
