Better User Interface Design

I have an unacceptable browser-based user interface. Please help me to design a better one. (see attached JPG screen shot of existing user interface)
I need a 7-day set of values. The user would (using a browser):
For Each day-of-week
1. choose a day-of-week from combo-box.
2. enter / set all 24 set-points for that day
Next day-of-week
Notes:
- Hour:Min is 24 hour clock value
- val1 ranges from 1 to 4
- Dollars is most probably between $0.01 and $0.99. (unlikely, but could be $[url removed, login to view])
Your program should be a browser-based solution that:
1. accepts the 7 days of input from the user
2. dumps the results on a results page. Format not real important. Just need to be able to show that you collected the input, and dump the results.
This is a browser-based interface. I do not have a language preference. I see references to "java" and "ajax" in my existing source code:

The reason I mention what the existing code is comprised of is: if your code was compatible with existing code, I would ask the coder I'm stuck with to use it. Otherwise, I'm just interested in the design of the data-entry approach.
The key to this request is some kind of user interface that doesn't require 100 values to be entered by the user per day.
