I am basically looking to provide a free voicemail & fax service via asterisk to the college students here in my hometown. I have also thought of some optional components to add to it. When quoting please mention which items you are bidding on. See all the options I would like here [login to view URL] basically replicating the service shown here simplevoiceboxdotcom with some extras and the fact that they they do not offer service in our area Visiting and registering for a free account is best but I will also describe it here. Signup- Users can sign up for a voicemail box number via the website. (the user is assigned a free random number) and chooses a numerical password. (they could enter a alpha password of heir choice and he system would just translate to numbers but his can be skipped if problematic.) Account be setup to be a voicemail or just an announcement box. User will need to verify email and for starters I would like to limit signups to our .edu domain name. Web Based Account Access They can login via the website to alter their accounts details. If they want email notification of new messages, emails with the mp3 attachments passwords etc. Incoming Calls Incoming calls will be taken via sip accounts. New option today... Your bid need not include this if you are not able to do this... it is a rather nice add on I think. Or a separate project by itself.

Item removal - This should make it easier.
This is regarding the phone number verification system. Where our system will call the number before using it for wake up calls OR caller notification for voicemails.
I believe it would be best to take out the image verification option when using phone number confirmation.
It would be easier just to have system call and ask the user to press a pre set of numbers into the phone to confirm that they requested the call, rather than have it match some random code on the web.

FYI I have put some extra system diagrams here to make it easier to understand. I would appreciate your feedback if this makes sense.
