alertpay module edit and install for cubecart

I have a zencart alertpay module that I need modified so it can be put into cubecart OR an already developed alertpay module. I need it setup and installed + an install .txt file incase I need to reinstall it myself due to server movements or other issues. I need this done a.s.a.p. I have had another job like this done so I know it can get done pretty easily. You MUST know cubecart itself as well as be able to ADD modules without messing with anything else in the system itself.
