Automatic posting from excel to website

I have an excel list with data and I need to post it online on a website. Each cell inside excel contains data that must be inserted to specific field on website.
You can use any coding you like to make this work.
The particularity of this is that you need to extract a specific URL (image) and save image as. Then you will use this image and upload it to the website.
Only place a bid if you have experience in populating automatically online websites. (Iopus Internetmacro could almost do this job!)
Showing me an example of your past work were you populate a simple website will be good. It is not a https website. Simple http!

NOTE: This is NOT a data-entry project. This has to me some kind of small application to help me do the job!
