Auto Web Host Signup

We are looking for a system that we can use for our clients to sign up for Web Hosting with the following specifications. Payment Types: PayPal AlertPay Pecunix C-Gold E-Gold WebMoney (WMTransfer) We would like it to also allow the purchase of the following: Web Hosting Web Design E-mail Addresses Free Hosting VPS Dedicated Servers Domain Registration It must log all information to a DB Cannot be in ColdFusion! This will be a long term project. Must be able to allow recurring purchases/subscriptions Must also create accounts in Linux WHM/Cpanel Accounts and send out an e-mail. Auto Suspend is requested as well. Please provide a mockup of what we are requesting. It must be able to integrate E-Gold, C-Gold, V-Money, Pecunix, CashU, 2CheckOut, PayPal, Cronopay and other processors. We are looking for a long term programmer for a long term contract. Must be MySQL DB with MySQL Installation with Domain Registrar Setup. We also request the ability for it to be programmed to require a license key in order to use. This will be for distribution for clients to use. An auto installer would be nice to have, we will request monthly updates on the software. Also Don't bid the highest amount possible as it will most likely not be selected.
