CRE LOADED Module - Different Tax Rates According to Customer Zip Code- For 6 US States

HI All, Currently the CRE Loaded shopping cart that we are using charges a flat tax rate according to the customers State. For example, if the customer is from California he is charged 8.25%, if from Texas, 8%, if from New York, 9%, etc. The problem is that within each state, there exists different tax rates for different areas of the state. So for example, within the State of California, the tax rate for Los Angeles county is 8.25% and for Orange County, it is 7%. We need a module installed that will accommodate for this difference in tax rates. The tax rates should be according to the zip code that the customer has entered. So for example, if the customer has a zip code of 92612, the system should know that he is from Orange County and charge a 7% tax rate. Alternatively, if the customer enters a zip code of 91748, he is from Los Angeles County and is charged 8.25%. We need this done for 6 different states- California, Florida, Texas, Illinois, Indiana & New York. Preferably, we would like a module that has already been created and has proven to work without any bugs or problems. However, if none exist then a custom module will need to be created.
