daily sales for department

We are looking for developer for simple project. We would like to input daily sales (cash flow) from our department. At the end of the day the worker inputs daily sales for tax1 and tax2 and credit cards and sometimes the deposits. We also need to see the value of the tax1, tax2, cash, neto sales and exchange money in the drawer daily. For every worker which is working in the department has to write her working hours from til. It could be more workers. On the table there should be worker working hours then total opening hour for that day with the total daily hours of the workers. Everything should be simple. If we add another department we could make sub directory and could change in php settings and add in mysql a new department or we can take your solution. we also need to add worker. for administrator: he can change the cash in the draw it could be in mysql direct and reports see attachment: monthly report for department yearly report for all departments and monthly working hours for the workers
