Customize Coupon script

Please read fully before bidding: I have not posted jobs before, I am new at this, I am only looking for a very proffessional experinced PHP programmer/website builder/designer to do this project. if you are an amateur then no offence but please do not bid on this project. I'm looking at purchasing a turnkey website coupon script which I will need customized, The script I'm looking at purchasing does have alot of standard features but I am needing several extra features added to it. Also I need a very proffessional skin/layout created for my website as the default skin/layout is very basic, as well I will be needing a logo and some banners created. The coupon script is written in PHP/MySql Database and is 100% customizable and any progammer undertaking this job must not copy or re-use any part of this script as copyright infringements will apply. The finished customized script will belong to me only and the progammer undertaking the script customization must not copy the script in whole or in any part either for personal or resale or any other use. I am not sure how much the completed job should cost so I'm open to offers and will choose who I deem to be the most suitable programmer to do this job. Ongoing modifications and support will most likely be needed so if you feel you can accomplish what I need then please feel free to bid on my project. Thanks!
