Convert Access 2007 Database to Online Equiv MYSQL \ PHP

This is going to be a multi stage project. The end goal is to run all aspects of the business on a web database. Ideally we would like to keep the same developer for all the different stages. Currently we are only looking at stage 1. Basic Overview of entire project: Stage 1: Convert the existing Access 2007 database to an online version. Stage 2: Add different access levels to the data (I.E users can only access specific sections via password authentication), completely redesign and improve the user interface adding additional features. Stage 3: Add a content management system so documents can be added online to a specific customers file, notes can be added and possible sage integration. ** At present a full needs analysis still needs to be done on the company for stages 2 & 3. Detailed plans including screen layouts will be provided for these stages once this has been completed. Stage 1: At present the customer users an Access Database running in Access 2000. We have gone into the database and replaced all names and address and upgraded it to 2007 for file size management (If this has caused any problems a 2000 version can be provided). The current system is in two parts, one the main database and two the client side of the database – this has been done so multiple people can access the system at once. The files attached are stored in a database folder, if you keep the directory intact i.e. C:\database you will find the client and database tables will still be linked. We are looking for essentially a clone, take the access database and convert it into an online solution including all the forms, queries and reports. I want the web one to behave in much the same way at this stage. The user interface does not need to have much time spent on it, just to be functional as this will all be changed in stage 2. When quoting please include what programming languages you believe is going to be best to use and what platform \ hosting package would be required to run the site. Please bear in mind stages 2 & 3, where a content management system will be added and potentially the database linked to sage line 50 (Although this element may not b required and can be outsourced again if not in your current skill set).
