Code a simple drop down search filter

I have copied over all the files from a similar system that we built, so you've got a good starting point. All the code is already there to search using the "Type" field for Leads/Customers and I have added Suppliers in there as well, so you will just need to code the rest of the drop downs. None of the subsequent fields are relating to Suppliers at all, so please grey them out if we choose Suppliers. Please note that you are simply adding filters to the existing search, so it should work how it does now just with extra queries. Please also make sure that we can search by any combination of filters (obviously if we choose Suppliers, then that's the only one we can choose, but this goes for the rest). I have already written the code to show the drop down contents on the search, the only one I haven't put in place is the outstanding quote tick box, so please will you put it there. Assigned to: Only relevant to Leads/Customers or both. Filter the results by who they are assigned to. AssignedTo field in Leads/Customers tables linking to the ID field of CRM_Users. Currency: Only relevant to Leads/Customers or both. Filter the results by the CurrencyID field which links to the ID field in the Currencies table. Price Level: Only relevant to Leads/Customers or both. Filter the results by the PriceLevel field in the Leads/Customers table. This does not link to another table. Lead Source: Only relevant to Leads/Customers or both. Filter the results by the LeadSource field in Leads/Customers table. This links to the ID field in Lead_Sources. Outstanding Quote: Please add this field as a tick box option. Only relevant to Leads/Customers or both. You need to look in the Quotes table for this where Status=0 and LeadID or CustomerID. If the ID of a Lead/Customer appears in the LeadID/CustomerID field with Status=0 then they should appear in the results.
