Build a client based Invoice Management Software (Digital Signature) 2

Staff will scan/attach the invoice and send for approval to selected user, both of them get the notification by email and on the desktop notification area. Addition of comment box (below the invoice in the software) whereby after the invoice is being scanned, the Admin/Invoice staff can comment and send the invoice to anyone. Also the receiver will have comment box. All users should have the comment box.
